What's covered

• Damaged or defective items — full refund or free replacement, your choice.
• Wrong size — free exchange for any other size, we cover the difference in handling.
• Wrong item received — we send the correct one immediately, no need to return the wrong one.

Conditions

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Because products are made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse on customized items — but talk to us, we're reasonable.
